Ciara Newell-Bailey, former member of the Irish pop band Bellefire and now Senior Director of Creative at one of the world’s largest music companies, has a rich background in connecting songwriters with global artists like Lewis Capaldi, Tiësto, Anne-Marie, and Years & Years.
